DLI Seeks Input on PTSD Study

The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry and the University of Minnesota are seeking input from system users about a study of post-traumatic stress disorder that lawmakers ordered earlier this year. The Legislature passed House File 2988 directing the department to study PTSD claims in the comp system. The department is working with the state university to identify systemic or regulatory changes aimed at improving the experience and outcomes of workers with PTSD.
