High Court Hears Arguments in Worker's Right to Medical Privacy

Georgia's highest court is hearing oral arguments today on whether a restaurant worker who accidentally drank lye can be forced to authorize her doctor to communicate with her employer. Attorneys John D. Blair and Christopher Todd Ross of Ross & Levy filed an amicus brief on Friday in Arby's Restaurant Group Inc., et al. v.
