The California Department of Insurance announced that a roofer in Rancho Murieta was arrested on six felony counts of workers’ compensation fraud for allegedly underreporting his payroll.
Herbert Allen Kelly III, 65, reported that his Kelly Roofing Co. had $31,685 in payroll from December 2012 to December 2013. And he told State Compensation Insurance Fund that he had no payroll and no employees from 2014 to 2018.
