DWC Posts Updated Forms for Reporting COVID Claims

The California Division of Workers’ Compensation on Wednesday posted four forms that were updated to allow parties to identify injuries relating to COVID-19. Updated forms include a new body part code for COVID-19 claims that should be used in addition to those that indicate specific body parts or functions that were injured.
