State Will Adopt New Rates for Home Health and Nursing Facilities

The Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services on Friday will adopt rates of payment for home health services, and standard payments to nursing facilities. The rates of payment for authorized home health services will be the lower of the eligible provider’s usual fee to patients other than publicly aided patients or the schedule of rates in 101 Code of Massachusetts Regulations 350.00.
