OIR Seeks Proposals From Designated Statistical Agents

The Florida Office of Insurance Regulation has issued a request for proposals to find a designated statistical agent for workers’ compensation and employers’ liability insurance.  Responses to the RFP, along with required documents, are due by April 27. The OIR expects to announce the award on May 8. The National Council on Compensation Insurance, or NCCI, is OIR’s current statistical agent, under a three-year contract that ends on June 30, an OIR spokeswoman said.
