The Kansas Division of Workers' Compensation hopes to have most problems with its e-filing and claims management system resolved by summer, the man in charge said Wednesday.
David Sprick, operations administrator for the division, said that the system, known as OSCAR — Online System for Claims Administration and Research — is still under warranty, and the contractor and division programmers are working to fix a number of issues that users have complained about for months.
