A year-long investigation by the Georgia State Board of Workers’ Compensation netted the arrest of Jose Antonio Hernandez, the board announced in a release.Hernandez was charged with first-degree forgery, four counts of making false and misleading statements when obtaining workers’ compensation benefits and four felony counts of giving false statements to a government agency. Hernandez is also being held for outstanding warrants and for a hold by Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
