NJCRIB Announces Updated Posting Notice Form

Employers have more options for posting information about their workers’ compensation carriers after the Commissioner of Banking and Insurance approved amendments to the New Jersey Compensation and Employers Liability Manual. The changes allow employers to post and maintain notices on standard printer paper or 90-pound index stock naming the company providing comp coverage. The revised manual also allows carriers to send the posting notice to employers electronically, upon request.
