The California 3rd District Court of Appeal this week ruled that two Truckee-based general contractors who purchased workers' compensation coverage through a now-defunct self-insurance trust could not collect damages from the insurance broker that had marketed the comp plan to them.Mark Tanner Construction and Mt.
