Employer Entitled to Suspend Benefits to Undocumented Worker

An employer may cut off payment of disability benefits to an undocumented worker whose lost earning power is due to his immigration status instead of the residual effect of his injury, the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania ruled Tuesday.The appellate court's decision in Ortiz v.
