Employer Pleads Guilty to Payroll Fraud

The owner of a construction company pleaded guilty to felony employer misconduct for underreporting and misclassifying payroll information, the Montana State Fund reported on Wednesday.Wayne Blomquist, owner of 4M Construction in Billings, was ordered to pay $7,454.22 in restitution to the State Fund. He was also ordered to two years in prison, but the 13th Judicial District Court in Billings suspended that part of the sentence.
