The Business Council of New York State called on Gov. Andrew Cuomo to make amending the state's 120-year-old scaffold law and reforming the state workers' compensation system part of a broad agenda he announced Wednesday for the 2015 State Legislature.
Cuomo, who was inaugurated earlier this month for a second term, simultaneously made his State-of-the-State address and released a proposed $141.6 billion budget as part of what he calls his "2015 Opportunity Agenda."
