The Bureau of Workers’ Compensation will hold a public hearing on Feb. 20 to consider proposed amendments to Rules 4123-3-08, preparation and filing of applications for compensation and/or benefits, and 4123-3-35, employer handicap reimbursement.
The hearing will begin at 10 a.m. in Room 1, Level 2, 30 W. Spring St. in Columbus.
The BWC’s biennium budget bill, House Bill 27, contained several statutory changes to Ohio Revised Code Chapter 4123, which governs the administration of the state’s workers’ compensation program.
