Cal-OSHA Publishes Educational Materials on Workers' Rights, Protecting Temp Workers

The California Division of Occupational Safety and Health posted to its website fact sheets identifying ways to keep workplaces safe and requirements for professional employer organizations and employers to protect temporary workers. The division, also known as Cal-OSHA, said the workers' rights fact sheet, Health & Safety Rights: Facts for California Workers, is the first publication to focus primarily on the basic rights of workers to a safe and healthy workplace.
