Spartan Mining Co., No. 18-0440, 11/02/2018, published. Facts: Jeremy Bower worked for the Spartan Mining Co. as an electrician. He reported back pain after lifting a crossover bar while at work on May 13, 2016. Bower sought treatment that day from Raleigh General Hospital.
