A New York appellate court ruled that the former tenant of a warehouse had no liability to a worker who was allegedly injured by a steel beam that fell years after the tenant had vacated the property.  Case: Schonbrun v Marjep Realty Corp., No. 2017-00005, 03/07/2018, published.
