Employers Vow Support for Codifying Dynamex if Done With Exemptions

A coalition of employers led by the California Chamber of Commerce vowed to support a bill that would codify last year's Dynamex decision if the bill is amended to exempt a larger swath of jobs ranging from taxi driver and gig economy worker to engineers and lawyers.
