The Tennessee Bureau of Workers’ Compensation announced that registration is open for its 25th annual Educational Conference in August.
The three-day conference will feature a case law update, a soup-to-nuts review of the claim process in Tennessee and a reflection on the state of the system 50 years after the National Commission on State Workmen’s Compensation Laws published its report characterizing worker protections provided by comp systems as generally being “neither adequate nor equitable.”
