The Arkansas Court of Appeals ruled that an employer was not liable for the cost of treatment that a worker had obtained 11 years after a compensable injury, as he did not obtain preauthorization. Case: ABF Freight System v. Dugger, No. CV-18-833, 03/13/2019, published. Facts: Byron Dugger worked for ABF Freight System. He injured his back while at work in June 2004.
