The Nevada Workers’ Compensation Section is holding a training class Wednesday that will address the process for using a D-35 form to request a rotating physician or chiropractor.
The educational program, “Delving Into D-35s,” will cover how to accurately complete the form and how to avoid common mistakes.
Training will start at 9 a.m. and last about three hours.
The program is being held online via Webex.
