The Arkansas Court of Appeals upheld a denial of benefits to a material handler for his two alleged back injuries. Case: Leming v. La-Z-Boy, No. CV-15-17, 05/20/2015, published. Facts: Larry Everett Leming worked for La-Z-Boy as a material handler. He claimed he injured his back while stacking wood on a pallet at work on July 8, 2013. He continued to work his full shift after this, and he didn't report any injury to his supervisors.
