DWC Posts Audit Standards for 2024

The California Division of Workers’ Compensation announced standards that will be used for profile audit reviews of adjusting locations next year. The DWC said the PAR performance standard for 2024 audits is 1.545. Audit subjects that score 1.545 or lower will be required to pay any unpaid compensation but will not be assessed administrative penalties.
