The Kentucky Department of Workers' Claims announced Thursday that all administrative law judges can now hold hearings and proceedings through Zoom, a web-based video conferencing platform.
Parties hoping to schedule a videoconference should contact the assigned ALJ for further instructions. Questions can be sent to Chief Administrative Law Judge Douglas Gott at douglas.gott@ky.gov or to Commissioner Robert Swisher at robert.swisher@ky.gov.
Other states have made similar accommodations for proceedings during the COVID-19 social distancing requirements.
