Supreme Court Says Worker who Fell from Ladder Can't Get Spinal Cord Stimulator

The Wyoming Supreme Court ruled that a worker who fell 20 feet from a ladder failed to prove that a spinal cord stimulator was medically necessary to relieve his complaints of pain. Case: Hildebrant v. State, No. S-14-0166, 03/24/2015, published. Facts: Dean Hildebrant worked as a heating, ventilating and air conditioning technician.
