OSHA Cites Contractor Involved in Two Boston Deaths Last Year

A contractor already on the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's radar has again been cited for failing to provide workers with required job site safeguards, the East Boston Times-Free Press reports. OSHA inspectors discovered that employees of Laurence Moloney were exposed to excavation hazards at a construction site in East Boston. Moloney was fined $624,777 for the new violations, and his company was placed on the agency's repeat offender list.
