Board Aims to Clarify Questions Raised by New Comp Law

The Maine Workers' Compensation Board has issued a bulletin that seeks to clarify requirements for first reports of injury, because of questions that arose after a state law was passed this year. The changes required by LD 756 take effect Thursday, and the board put out the memo Sept. 12 to clear the air.
