The Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation announced details of five cases where individuals pleaded guilty in March to charges related to defrauding the workers’ compensation system.Regina Whitman of Mentor pleaded guilty to one count of workers’ compensation fraud after she had been charged with submitting false payroll records to BWC on behalf of her husband in order to obtain $3,287.47 in illegal benefits.
