Court Denies Review of Employer's Challenge to PTD Award

The Court of Appeal for the 4th District of California will not review an employer’s challenge to a worker’s award of permanent total disability benefits for a psyche injury manifested primarily by subjective complaints. The case was Qualcomm Inc. v. WCAB (Brown). Beverly Brown worked as an administrative assistant for Qualcomm Inc.
