Layla Santa Rosa Named Deputy Commissioner

North Carolina Industrial Commission Chairman Charlton Allen has announced the appointment of Layla Santa Rosa as a deputy commissioner. Santa Rosa has worked for the Industrial Commission for many years in different positions, including special deputy commissioner in the executive secretary’s office and with the full commission. She has been a law clerk to former Commissioner Tammy Nance and to Allen. Santa Rosa practiced workers’ compensation law for six years as a senior associate with a law firm in Wake County.
