State Adopts New Ambulatory Surgery Fee Schedule

The New York Workers’ Compensation Board has adopted a new ambulatory surgery fee schedule, saying the move was necessary in part because of an update to the disease classification system used by the federal government. A notice of adoption of the new fee schedule was published in the New York State Register on Dec. 30, the date the new fee schedule took effect.
