A Franklin County Court of Common Pleas judge has ordered a woman guilty of workers' compensation fraud to pay $10,000 in restitution to the Bureau of Workers' Compensation.
Celeste Chappell-Bates pleaded guilty to a felony fraud charge on March 23, according to a press release from the bureau's Special Investigations Division.
