Oregon's Workers' Compensation Division updated its cost-of-living matrix and increased aggregate vocational-rehabilitation payments effective July 1.
Bulletin 124, published Tuesday, will set the cost-of-living conversion factor at 1.0 for dates of injury between July 1, 2015, and June 30, 2016. The conversion factor for injuries occurring between July 1, 2014, and June 20, 2015, is 1.04, while the factor for the year before that is 1.07.
