A former U.S. Postal Service worker last week appeared in federal court to hear charges of workers’ compensation fraud, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Northern District of New York. Lynn Allen of Marcy, New York has been charged with defrauding the Postal Service and the U.S. Department of Labor of more than $94,000 in workers’ compensation disability payments.
