Aon Actuary: Result of Exclusive-Remedy Case Could Increase Claim Severity

Florida courts’ eventual decision on the constitutionality of the exclusive-remedy portion of the state’s workers’ compensation statute could affect Florida’s claim severity, an actuary for Aon Risk Solutions told the South Florida Business Journal.
