Vollbrecht Appointed as SORM's New Executive Director

The board of directors of the Texas State Office of Risk Management have announced the appointment of Stephen Vollbrecht as SORM’s new executive director effective Saturday, the office announced in a release. Vollbrecht has been with SORM since 2001. He has served as the agency’s deputy general counsel, general counsel and deputy executive director.
