Oregon employers will be able to pay up to $2,200 for medical costs next year to avoid losses that could negatively affect their experience modifications.
The Workers’ Compensation Division announced the employer-reimbursed medical service costs cap will increase to $2,200 per claim starting Jan. 1.
Carriers must notify employers about their right to reimburse medical costs on accepted, nondisabling claims.
