An Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation employee improperly reviewed her son-in-law’s case file while he was seeking benefits for an on-the-job injury, an investigation by the state inspector general found.Lou Ann Lauck, 74, violated BWC policy against unnecessary access to files, according to the report.
