New Hampshire workers’ compensation rates may be falling for the seventh year in a row, if a proposal to reduce voluntary loss costs is approved.
The National Council on Compensation Insurance, or NCCI, has filed a proposal with the New Hampshire Insurance Department to reduce voluntary loss costs by 14%. If approved by Insurance Department Commissioner John Elias, the new rates would take effect Jan. 1.
