Arizona legislators are eyeing a bill that would keep bad-faith workers' compensation cases out of the state's supreme court.
House Bill 2439 was originally filed as a measure to alter the membership of the Legislature's Joint Committee on Capital Review, but an amendment added during deliberations in the Senate Appropriations Committee inserted sections affecting bad-faith case handling.
