WCA Seeking Comments on Reappointment of Judge

The New Mexico Workers’ Compensation Administration is accepting comments through June 3 regarding the reappointment of Judge Leonard J. Padilla. Verily A. Jones, acting director of the WCA, is considering reappointing Padilla when his current term expires Aug. 31. It would be Padilla’s second five-year term as a judge for the WCA. Padilla started working as a workers’ compensation judge in August 2014. Comments about Padilla’s performance as a judge can be sent to the WCA until 5 p.m. on June 3.
