A pending decision by the California 2nd District Court of Appeal on whether reports prepared by a physician outside of an employer's valid medical provider network may bring an end to employers' control of evidence through medical provider networks, according to the applicants' attorney in the case.Insurers and employers aren't quite that pessimistic.
