Nominating Committee to Discuss ALJ Applicants

The Kentucky Workers’ Compensation Nominating Committee has set a special meeting for 8:30 a.m. Tuesday to consider potential nominations for a vacant administrative law judge position. The committee anticipates nominating three candidates to serve a term expiring Dec. 31, 2027. The meeting will be conducted by Zoom.
