The Department of Industrial Relations on Monday adopted rules extending the deadline for some injured workers in California to apply for payments from the $120 million Return-to-Work Supplement Program created by Senate Bill 863.
Amended rules apply to workers who received the Supplemental Job Displacement Benefit voucher between April 13, 2015, and Dec. 1, 2015. The rules allow workers who received the educational voucher during this period until March 20, 2018, to seek supplemental benefits.
