The Kansas Court of Appeals ruled that a worker’s widow and his estate could not pursue a claim for damages against a pharmacy that supplied him with the combination of medications that led to his death. Case: Moon v. Steelberg, No. 125,343, 05/12/2023, unpublished. Facts: In 2016, Cedric Ford entered the Excel Industries facility in Hesston, armed with an assault weapon and a pistol.
