DWC Names New Deputy Commissioner for Operations, External Relations

Texas Workers’ Compensation Commissioner Jeff Nelson appointed Matthew Posey to serve as deputy commissioner of operations and external relations for the Division of Workers’ Compensation. Posey most recently served as government relations manager for the Texas Aggregates & Concrete Association.  Before that, he was a chief of staff in the Texas House of Representatives for more than 10 years under Rep.
