The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration has cited the U.S. Postal Service for allegedly blocking exit routes and failing to train employees on emergency procedures at a postal facility in Ankeny, Iowa.
OSHA has proposed $184,694 in penalties in connection with the citations, which were issued April 26.
