An injured nurse was caught doubling as a part-time YMCA fitness instructor has been charged with filing a false insurance claim, according to the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office.
Jamie Scott, 36, was charged on Monday with theft by deception and criminal use of a communication facility and filing a false insurance claim. She is accused of deceiving her employer at a cost of more than $50,000.
Scott was released on $25,000 unsecured bail, according to the Delaware County Daily Times.
