The Commonwealth Court last week ordered publication of a decision upholding an assessment of penalties against an employer for failing to promptly pay for a worker's medical treatment. New Alexandria Borough hadn't paid for Larry Tenerovich's physical therapy sessions because it had been billed by a company that hadn't provided the treatment.
