Board Suspends Physician for Misconduct

The Workers’ Compensation Board has temporarily suspended the license of a Massachusetts physician whom the state Board for Professional Medical Conduct placed on probation for three years. Dr. David Shenker, whose last known business address is 841 Worcester St., No. 525, Natick, Massachusetts, did not contest the charges, which include failing to adequately interpret the results of an ultrasound on an 84-year-old woman complaining of leg and foot pain.
